Healthy Meals for Busy Lives

Leavenworth Community Cowork Space, 217 8th st Suite 200

Join us in learning how to make healthier lunches and learn new ideas for dinners when time is short.

Packing a homemade lunch is often thought of as the healthy choice, but research shows that school lunch is significantly healthier than what is often sent from home.

Cooking dinner during the week can also be a struggle with work, soccer practice, dance, and piano lessons. Our speaker this month will share some new ideas & recipes to help feed your family when life gets busy.
